It's a "Whole New World".

We are new to this whole blogging thing, and we thought that we would try it out because most of our family is doing it (isn't that what you do? the things others are doing?) We are HORRIBLE at writing notable moments in our life down, so we figured that blogging would be the best way to keep us on our toes to remember.
Let me tell you a little about ourselves. (I, being Chad, will not be the only one writing in this, My wife, Katy, will too. So if you ever find yourself a little confused on the phrasing, or the point of view; just remember that we are both using this.) We currently live out our days here in the little city of Cedar City. It's a nice place, we moved here for school. I am working on getting my degree and this is where we decided that we needed to be. For now Katy works at a bank as a Teller, which she has been doing a great job for over a year now.
We mentioned that we have a beautiful baby boy in our lives (in our profile.) His name is Braxton. He is just about 5 months old, and he is so much fun! Isn't it strange how once you have a kid the little things in life are so much more meaningful? I mean, I am totally stoked to tell you all that Braxton is rolling from his tummy to his back all the time now. We both think its because he can't see much that way with out putting a crick in his neck, so he turns over to see the world. I am also excited to tell you that he smiles ALL THE TIME, and laughes quite a bit as well. You never really understand what your parents mean when they say, "They grow up just so fast." until you have one of your own, and truely realize that they are going to be asking you to borrow the car sooner than you think. That's when you start to worry about all of the things you've done growing up, and wonder if he (or she if you have a girl) is going to try and test the odds and repeat some of the things you did.... It's always a thought in the back of my head, but I try not to think about it too much.
I hope that what we have started here keeps going, and that we can enjoy any comments that you guys leave for us...
