Weird

Sorry the layout is so weird I could not get it fixed?

Family pictures

We had family pictures taken last week and we bought the CD. We have some really great shots but I can't decide which one of the boys I like more. This one of Chad and Braxton is so CUTE!! I love it.

This is # 1 of Michael. He would not smile, but when you are this little and this chubby you do not need to be smiling!

#2 I think I like #1 better but I want others opinions!

This is #1 of Braxton. He would NOT stop moving so in all of his pictures he is actually in the middle of one movement or another!

#2 of Braxton, i really don't have a favorite of these two so...

The family picture I love it, and they hid me behind my boys so you can not see my tummy!!!! Braxton is actually in the middle of standing up, but the awesome photographer caught he perfect. this is my favorite so there are no options.

Change of heart!!!!

I had every intention of posting a blog today about how crappy this week has been; how stressful, crazy, and just plain dumb. Before I blog i always read everyones entries; today, I am very grateful that I did. One of my friends (Brooke and Dan) had a link on their blog. I decided to just watch and after Chad and I cried through a six minute video about a little boy named Eliot, my trials did not seem so great, and my blessing became apparent.

Please watch and remember the blessings that the Lord has given you. I love you all!

PS. (this is Chad) Holding Michael in our arms while watching this just made the crying worse! Katy suggests that you have tissues.

Do you ever have confidence issues?

Well do you? I know this is random, and kind of depressing...but I need to know that I am not the only one who feels like "the nerd", or "the loser" sometimes? I do...and unfortunately I find myself feeling that way more often lately. I thought insecurities were something you battled in junior high, or even high school, not after?

This all stems from my home ward. Side note- those of you in my home ward, I mean absolutely no offence, please do not take this the wrong way.

I am really blessed to have a great ward, with some really great friends. A bunch of us get together once a month and play Bunko, so much fun, but for some reason I find myself feeling a tinge of inadequacy. Crazy I know, but I really don't know were it stems from. I feel like "the cool girls" are letting me hang out. It is not all the time, but the fact that it is even there! I just need to know I am not the only one. I am also open to suggestions on how to get rid of this!

MSN Games

I like to find games online and play them. Chad and I like to find games and play them till we beat them, with the 60 minute timer on most trials it is hard to beat the game. It use to be that if you opened a game on MSN and never truly closed it, just kept it open in your bar, then you could play it until you beat it! Well I think that MSN has caught on to their glitch. I can no longer do this. Steph I know that you play online to, is it just my system? Any way random I know but I would like to continue to play and with this it makes it difficult.

Back to work

I am officially back to work...i love it and hate it at the same time. I feel good getting up and going in the morning but I hate leaving my boys. I only have 48 more days till I quit (hopefully for good) and then I am an official stay at home mom.

All the boys seem to be adjusting pretty well. Michael only misses one feeding and will take a bottle so I just pump. Braxton seems to be growing faster now that I am not home, but I am sure that is just because I miss him so much. Chad is doing great with me gone. He school work has not suffered and I know he will continue to do great!

This is why i have not posted in a while! Love you all and hope you are all good! KATY

Colgate!?!?

Okay, so this is Chad blogging just because I have a short event that I want to share.

Tonight Braxton had just finished taking a bath and I had him all dressed up in his "newer" PJ's and it was time for bed. Well, we just recently started having him brush his teeth so he can get into the habit early. I got up and went to brush my teeth to show him and gave him his toothbrush to follow suit.

I started to get the toothpaste out when I asked Braxton what he wanted on his toothbrush. "Do you want some desitin? how about some Gillette or Colgate?" He stopped in his tracks and starred at me.. and you could hear Katy in the other room saying " Colgate, Colgate, Colgate, Tell him Colgate!"
That's when I turned to Braxton and said, "if you say Colgate right now, I will hug you and never put you down!" Again, he just starred at me, and then at Katy.. He turned to me and started saying" Coogay Coogay Coogay.

Isn't that just the cutest!

Hope you had a laugh
