FHE

We went and played racket ball for FHE last night. It was a lot of fun, and Braxton really had a great time hitting the ball. I have some fun pics, there is also a few pictures of Micheal's hair do when he woke up from his morning nap.


It was warm in his room and he was very sweaty! i love his great hair do

I was going to go through and post what each of these were...but that is a lot of work for so many so...a quick general note,

There is one of my cute boys "sharing". I love it, there are so me of Liah, and Braxton making surgar
cookies, and michael playing. some are of the "Air fest" in Cedar, lots of fun, very early.

Then there are the ones from Braxton's Birthday parties, yes I said partIES. One of the great things about divorced parents is they all need and want a chance to squeeze grand babies. My boys are so luck to have three grandma's three grandpa's four Great Grandma's and Grandpa's to love them. So the pictures start and g-ma and g-pa Huntsman's, then g-ma's and g-pa Deckers, then G-ma and Gpa maxwell, there was also a party at Great Grandma Huntsman's, but i had already packed the camera. over all it was a lot of fun and a busy weekend for a little boy who is now 2.

So the pictures were going to be organized but...they are not, sorry. Love you all

PS if any one has any advice on how to deal with a very active two year old ;other than pulling your hair out, crying like a baby, and hiding in your room, I am Completely open.

We are home

We are home. I love coming home and finding friends again. Braxton asked for Liah once or twice while we were up north and Liah kept telling her mom she was going to Braxton's house. They come over today for lunch and to play in the back yard.

Braxton's Birthday

We are having Ice Cream and Cake at 6:30pm on Saturday, 20Th. For Braxton's birthday. Any one can come, I am not making individual phone calls for invites except to grandparents. Don't worry about gifts at all, just come play with us all. Love you all and hope to see you all there!

US open

For those of you who don't know, Braxton loves balls, and any kind of sport that goes with them. He will sit and watch football, soccer, volleyball etc.

Well this last week the US open was on and we watched a couple of matches. He now takes my spatulas and whatever ball he can and uses the spatula to throw the ball. If we changed the channel before a commercial he would ask us to go back to the "nice hit" "nice throw". Maybe he will be a tennis player. He is so fun, and I wish i wold have caught in on camera!

We are good other wise.

An ode to the old 18th ward!

Elaine Larsen and I were talking last night about how great the old ward was and how much we just miss the friends and people we met there. To all you old 18Th warders you have to know what we are talking about. If any one knows what made that ward the way it was...please do share.

All of us have moved on, and we are all in very different parts of life now but i have no doubt that we will keep in touch with people from that ward for years to come. Elaine said last night that ten years down the road some one will call because they are in the neighborhood and it will spread until there are a lot of old friends just meeting for dinner.

I love that I had the opportunity to be in that ward, to meet those LIFETIME friends, to learn and grow with a ton of people that were in the EXACT boat I was in. Thank you to all of you for the parties at Littlefield's, the great RS activities, the fact there was always someone to hang out with and talk to, and thanks for all the times you invited me or someone else over for Sunday dinner. Great friends were met and I hope to keep them for LONG time.

A down day!

I am having an off day. Trying hard to be positive and not eat everything I see...but not doing well. My poor boys (even though they are small) are walking on egg shells. That's all...
