syrup anyone

So today I tried a new recipe and in the process almost burnt my house down. OK that is an exaggeration, but it was really smoky in the house for like two hours? My poor boys the fire alarms went off three separate times! ;-)

These are my cute buys, so big and smiley Micheal is starting to really grow and develop!














Braxton is also so big, but he has started to pick his nose...it is so gross. Today he took a header off the slide at our friends Leah's house and scrapped his face, it's not that bad but it does go from forehead to chin.
















Braxton has never been one to watch TV but recently he really loves BUZZ as you can tell below, he would not pay attention to any thing else.

"We have throw up" and a Vacation!

VEGAS WAS GREAT!! Chad and I had so much fun! Friday we got there late, just hung out, made a reservation for dinner on Saturday and then went to bed. We did not really sleep in on Saturday morning, our bodies just woke up, but we got a great breakfast, then we gambled for the first time. Nothing to great, just the 10 dollar table of blackjack. We did well and laughed at our selves in the process.

Saturday night we went to dinner at Benihana, and then the "O" show at the Bellagio. WOW! That really is all I can say, I was so impressed and although the tickets were a bit pricey, SO worth it!!

Sunday we hung out then drove home, and I loved the weekend with just me and my hubby. My parents were awesome enough to drive down to take my children and love them the entire weekend!

Mom let me know that Braxton threw up on Sunday right before we got home, and has been non stop since then. Poor guy. He is so cuddly and won't stop whining, but that comes with the temperature and the lack of food. He wants to be held all the time and took five naps today. I hope tomorrow is better.

update

Chad told me last night that I needed to blog again. We went up north this last weekend to see family and say good bye to Grandpa and Grandma Coombs. I really enjoyed the entire weekend! Usually when we go up I get all sorts of stressed about making sure we see all the family that we can, this time...I did not care. We saw who we saw and did not stress it. We will do that from now on, I have always been one to stress more than most but I am working on it and this time it happened to really pay off.

We leave for our vacation in three days. Chad and I are going down to Vegas for the weekend, a temple session, a message, a great show at the Belogio, sleeping in, and no kids will be thoroughly enjoyed by Chad and I. We have not really had a vacation with the two of us in ages.

Chad has started work but there have been no fires in the state that he has been called onto...he has a regular forty hour a week job, but the fires are really where the money comes from. I am loving home and working slowly on my spring cleaning list, and trying to keep up with my boys!

We tried rice cereal with Michael, and boy oh boy, absolutely no interest. He gets angry with us and cries when we try. Oh well we will just wait and try again in a couple of weeks.

HAPPY ANnIVERSARY

Today is our three year anniversary and I just wanted to say how amazing my hubby is and how great full i am to have him in my life!!! I want nothing more than to have many many more years just like the past three! Love you Chadly

I have three, yes that is right, three little babies crying at me right now! I put Braxton down for a nap, and then put Michael down about ten minutes later, then the cutie i watch on Tuesday and Thursday got grumpy so i put her down, well she did not want to go so sleep i guess, so she started to cry and woke up Braxton who then woke up Michael???? They have only been whimpering for about five minutes so i think I am going to let them cry for a moment!

Being home is great! i have a very large spring cleaning list that I have been working on, just one room a day, i will not post my list for fear of the judgement...it's bad...like four pages!!!! But i do have a clean guest bath and the boys room is now sparkling clean. I am really looking forward to having the entire thing done but that is hard with little ones, so one room a day will have to do.

I need to advice from any one willing to give it? BRAXTON!!!!! He will not sit threw sacrament. Not only that he won't even stay with in the boundaries we give him. When we take him out we make him sit on our laps, and not get down and play so that he knows he is in trouble but this causes the biggest fits. He then thrashes and screams... when we take him back inside the cycle repeats. We have gotten to the point where we will switch off missing sacrament and then coming after, and last week I got so angry i was in tears and left church all together! PLEASE HELP!!! I would not ask if i did not really need some answers, ANY ONE ANY ONE?

PS by the end of this post all babies were back to sleep!

ONE DAY MORE

ONE MORE DAY!!!!!! I have one more day of work left and then I am done. i am so excited, although you know when you talk about something for so long and then it really happens...it is kind of nerve racking!!! I am watching a really cute little girl on tuesdays and thursdays for a friend at work and it is really fun to have a little girl in the house, and Braxton is enjoying the fact that there is another child that can run and play!

Chad is done with school and says he is glad it is done but he got murdered in his Math final because the teacher switched it up and changed the way she tested for the final only? He hopes he passes!!!! Unfortunatley he did not go into the final with the grade he would have liked so...

I am going digital, I love to scrap book, as most of you know, and I have more stuff than most. But with two little boys it is to difficult to pull things out and do more than one page, and I have to wait until the boys go to bed to even pull it out. So I got a program that allows you to do it all digitally! I am very excited, it is not really as fun as the other way but it is cheaper and easier. When i get rich and build my house...ore even have an extra room, then I will set things up and go back to the old way, but until then.
